- July 2011 - Tring School Work Experience
programme
We have recently supported the Tring School work experience programme
and had 2 students spend 1 week with us gaining exposure to Office
Administration and time out on the road with our engineers. Both
students actively wanted to learn and within the office administration
role especially contributed significantly to day to day processes.
The following feedback was received from the students on their
experience with All Systems UK Ltd: "Interesting, Active,
Initiative, Memorable, could not be any better, I would do it
again."
- July 2011 - Baxi new product launch
evening
Our MD recently attended this event to find out what interesting
advances have been made with Baxi Gas boiler products. All Systems
were pleased with the technological advances made in those new
products and we have now fitted one of their new boilers. To date
both the installer and client have been pleased with the new boiler
installed. Baxi also have a highly rated Support Division (heateam)
who can be contacted in the event of any issues relating to a
Baxi boiler that has been installed and registered with Baxi.
Our personal view is that Baxi are now listening to the feedback
from their installer network like ourselves and acting on it to
develop better boilers and service.
- July 2011 - Charity auction - 'Play
4 All'
Where we can, All Systems UK Ltd endeavour to support / be involved
with local events. Recently we donated a free gas boiler service
at the 'Play 4 All' Charity Auction which is raising money for
improved playground facilities in the local community near Tring
School on Mortimer Hill. We would be interested in supporting
similar events within the local community.
- July 2011 - 'Tring in Transition'
- Solar PV
Both our Directors recently attended the 'Tring in Transition'
meeting at the Baptist Church in Tring. The purpose of the meeting
was for local residents to discuss their options regarding the
installation of Renewable Energy in the form of Solar PV on their
properties. Three companies were asked to 'pitch' at the meeting
in order that the attendees could make an informed decision on
whether they wished to pursue one specific provider / installer.
All Systems UK Ltd are currently progressing into the Solar PV
element of renewable energies, and whilst we did not have the
opportunity to also present at the meeting about our services,
we contributed to the meeting as both a local company and residents
in order to ensure those who attended were given some informed
answers to their questions. Whilst we may not have the opportunity
to secure being a preferred supplier for Solar PV for 'Tring in
Transition' we are developing our Solar PV business in the local
area in addition to our existing Solar thermal accreditation.
We are soon to be MCS accredited and have Solar PV projects due
to commence shortly.
- July 2011 - OFTEC
Our MD and Oil Engineer (pictured in the OFTEC News July 2011
issue) recently attended OFTEC live where the latest technology
from oil equipment manufacturers was on show. The event also focussed
on how to make oil, as a heating product, one which is more 'green'
on the environment. Our MD and Oil Engineer were also particularly
interested in gaining more knowledge about advances being made
in field trials related to a new oil product called B30 (bio-heating
oil) in order that we can then provide our clients with the best
options available when making any upgrades to current oil heating
systems. For more information on B30 please click on the following

- July 2011 - LGN Event
Our MD recently attended the Local Government News Event in London.
The purpose of the event was to discuss the difficulties being
faced within the industry as a result of the Government's lack
of information currently surrounding Renewables products. Renewable
Heat Incentives (RHIs), feeding tariffs and the 'Green Deal' were
discussed. The event was an open discussion with a variety of
different attendees ranging from manufacturers, local councils
and Housing Assocations to installers such as All Systems UK Ltd.
- In early 2011 we gained new Commercial maintenance
business with the Champneys Health Resorts and a prestigious local
private school
- Ongoing throughout 2011, our engineers will
be attending various trainings courses in order to keep them up
to date with all relevant industry standards and practices.
- We have become a member of Tring
BusinessMart to enable us to network and offer
our services to local businesses, and in Summer 2011 are participating
in the Tring School work experience programme, which enables 2
x students to gain exposure within our working environment.
